JOB TITLE: Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeper

LOCATION: Whisby, Lincolnshire

HOURS: Full time (flexible hours – approx. 25 per week)

WAGES: Dependent on experience

TYPE: Permanent

 TFM Country Store provides a wide range of products for everything you want for your garden birds, horses, dogs and other pets.  You can hire out equipment, buy paint and order your agricultural parts.   TFM Country Store currently has a vacancy for a part-time permanent Accounts Administrator.  If you would like to work for a Family run business, that provides services and products across a diverse range and you have the enthusiasm to work with suppliers and customers alike, then we would be interested in hearing from you.

Must have experience of:

Working in a busy accounts office and prioritising own workload

Processing purchase ledger invoices (an understanding of nominal codes) and paying suppliers

Bank reconciliation, petty cash

Sales invoicing and Debtors Control

Using Microsoft Office, E-mailing, and Excel

General office duties, filing and post.

Ideally the candidate would have experience in:

VAT returns and vat rates

Sage Accounts Software

Processing journals and month/year-end reports

EPOS software (although training will be given)

Cashing up and till reconciliation (although training will be given)

The successful candidate will also be fluent in Microsoft Windows packages, including Excel and Outlook, and be able to answer business calls in a courteous and professional manner when required.
