Our team, which has grown and evolved over the years, remains dedicated to our mission and the success of our collective efforts. While it’s been a challenge to gather all 25 members for a team photo—especially with varying schedules and commitments—we continue to foster a collaborative and supportive environment, even as our team changes.

Since this photo was taken in 2022, we’ve celebrated several milestones, including the addition of new team members and the joyful arrival of four babies (two boys and two girls!).

In addition to the personal milestones, our team has remained focused on making a positive impact. At the last ball, we raised over £3,500 at an event that brought us together for an unforgettable evening of camaraderie and purpose.

We look forward to the future and the continued growth and success of our team.

Family Run Business

TFM has been a family business for three generations, led by Frank until his passing in 2023. Today, his daughter Nikki continues the legacy, with his granddaughter Louise managing day-to-day operations on-site. We remain committed to the values that have shaped us for decades.

Animal Welfare

Animal welfare is close to our heart and at the forefront of what we do. Many of our staff are actively involved with animal rescue charities, and we’re committed to providing expert advice on nutrition, healthcare, and enrichment. We also support local animal charities through regular donations, helping to make a positive impact in our community.

Been buying our raw food from here for a couple of months now. They are so incredibly helpful, even letting me order the food and putting it behind the counter so my partner can pick it up during his lunch break! The customer service is amazing, the dogs love the food and they sell a great range of natural dog chews too! One of the best places to go now for dog food and treats!

Always willing to go the extra mile and the hire equipment is always good and serviced so does the job unlike other hire companies out there.
