NikkiDirector
Nikki joined the family business in 2014 and is responsible for the running of TFM. She is a qualified dog nutritionist and holds the SQP/RAMA qualification for farm, equine, companion and poultry (able to prescribe parasite treatments).
LouiseBusiness Manager
Louise rejoined the family business in July 2022 after several years working in HR and prior to that undertaking her degree at Sheffield Hallam. Louise is a fully qualified SQP/RAMA (able to prescribe for parasites).
TracyBook Keeper / Accounts Administrator
Tracy joined us in Summer 2024. This is a standalone role so is quite a challenge for anyone due to the diversity of our business but Tracy really did fit into our team incredibly well from day one and has hit the ground running.
EmmaPurchasing Supervisor
Emma joined us in July 2017 and holds her SQP/RAMA qualification for equine and companion animal. She became one of our first BETA qualified hat and body protector fitters some years ago as well as holding an Extended Diploma in Horse Management Level 3 (360 UCAS). Emma does an incredible job of managing our very diverse range of 7,500 different products.
LynnBusiness Administrator
Lynn joined us in 2020, is a SQP/RAMA for companion, avian and equine (able to prescribe parasite treatments), her BCCS Level 3 in Canine Health and Nutrition qualification (Distinction) and BETA trained to hat and body protector fit. She has previously worked as a Receptionist at LincVet, holds a BSc (Hons) 2:1 in Animal Science as well as a MSc in Animal Behaviour.
MichelleLaboratory Co-Ordinator
Michelle joined us from Bransby Horses in 2020 and holds qualifications for BSc Equine Science with Upper Second Class Honours and her equine and companion SQP/RAMA qualification. She heads up TFM Labs with a high ethical stance on equestrian worming. Her knowledge, training and expertise to cross train internally and promote an ethical stance on all worming is very valued.
GeorgiaShop Supervisor
Georgia joined us in 2019 and holds a 2:1 BSc in Animal Behaviour and Welfare, is a qualified companion and equine SQP/RAMA, dog nutritionist and part of our TFM Labs Team. She won a national award for gaining top marks nationally for her SQP/RAMA examination results in both equine and companion animal over TWO years.
DonnaShop Supervisor
Donna came to TFM with almost three decades of experience working with horses or related industries having spent over ten years working in a large agricultural feed chain. She holds all SQP qualifications so able to prescribe for farm, equine, companion and poultry parasites.
SamShop Supervisor
Sam joined us in 2024 from a large chain of pet shops and as a result brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. She's a qualified companion SQP/RAMA therefore able to prescribe parasite treatments to dogs, cats and rabbits, hat and body protector fitter, dog harness fitter, makes up hydraulic pipes and is currently undergoing forklift licence training and almost completed her dog nutrition qualification.
StuartShop Supervisor
Stuart joined us in 2020 after a life working in the pharmaceuticals and agricultural business. He decided to adjust his work/life balance and focus on his Arab Stud farm whilst still keeping a hand in the industry at TFM. As a result of his many years experience, he's brought a wealth of business acumen and knowledge from the pharmaceutical industry.
LauraSenior Shop Assistant
Laura joined us in the Summer of 2022. She's had almost 30 years working in the equine industry and has previously worked at Bransby Horses. Laura is a qualified SQP/RAMA for equine and companion as well as a BETA qualified hat and body protector fitter.
BeckySenior Shop Assistant
Becky joined us in April 2021 and holds a Foundation Degree in Equine Sports Coaching and a BSc in Equine Sports Coaching, is a qualified equine and companion animal SQP/RAMA as well as being part of our TFM Labs team. Becky has previous experience working with horses and in similar industry related work.
HeidiSenior Shop Assistant
Heidi joined us in January 2019 and is a qualified SQP/RAMA for equestrian and companion animals as well as a trained dog nutritionist. Heidi has also trained to become a BETA qualified hat and body protector fitter, a dog harness fitter and is currently doing additional qualifications.
PeteStore Person
Pete joined TFM in 1999 and has seen the many changes the business has undergone. He has a wide knowledge of our products particularly with the hardware, agriculture and parts side of the business. Pete can make up hydraulic pipes and supports the TFM Yard Team.
PippaShop Assistant
Pippa joined us January 2023 and has brought with her a wealth of experience including animal and horticultural. Pippa has been a horse owner for over 20 years and owned dogs, chickens and ducks. Before life at TFM, Pippa had her own Garden Design business which she successfully ran for almost ten years.
RoseShop Assistant
Rose came to us as a work experience placement from Riseholme College. It was clear quite quickly that she not only fitted into our team well but she was a strong worker with a good knowledge of equines. We were delighted to offer her a position to fit around her education.
CoreyShop Assistant
Corey joined us in 2023 and works weekends in the winter months. He spends his Summers competing and as a keen rider, he's able to bring his knowledge and experience of horses with him. Corey often helps up keeping the stock topped up as well as serving in the shop.
AnnabelShop Assistant
Annabel joined us for work experience from Riseholme College in 2023 and has stayed on to become a member of the Team since finishing her education. She is an experienced horse owner with a family farming background.
CaraShop Assistant
Cara joined us from Riseholme College on work experience in 2023. By 2024, she had joined our Team. Cara is currently studying for her SQP qualification and can fit dog harnesses.
LukeHire Desk Controller
Luke runs our TFM Hire Desk, taking bookings, and sorting all the back office admin. He came to us in April 2026 from a background working in logistics and hopes to utilize and develop his skills with us in the hire world.
Alan HYard Manager and Plant Hire Mechanic
Alan H joined our Hire team to take on the role of Plant Fitter. He's more than proved his worth in the short time he's been with us and also taken on the overseeing of the yard, managing the space and general site issues that crop up outside of the Hire Fleet. He works well along Alan W, Luke and Matt.
Alan WGeneral Maintenance / Hire
Whilst Alan is our general site maintenance he works closely with our Mechanic and Hire Supervisor when we need an extra set of hands due to workload, or just general cover for holidays. Alan's knowledge and experience has helped strengthen our team and he's more than capable of turning his hand to any task whether it's installing our estate fencing at the front of our site or repairing any piece of hire equipment requiring work. He joined us in 2020 and whilst he's now semi-retired working one day a week, he is definitely handy to have around. He is qualified as a forklift driver as well as holding his 360 and cherry picker licences, and enjoys sharing this expertise with all of our customers.
MattWarehouse Control and Forklift Driver
Matt is our forklift driver responsible for unloading the many lorries we have delivering here each week. He also manages the storage of the large bags such as feed and seeds in our warehouse as well as ensuring the shelves are fully stocked in the week for our customers.
